Able to pre-order, reasonable price. Good correspondence if you contact them, not a lot of information about expected delivery date unless you ask. Will use again and happy to recommend.

Item out of stock so had to pre order. I waited 2 months BUT she was well worth the wait. She is a beautiful bear.
This is my second purchase, and very happy with service. Beautiful bear to add to my collection.
