Hello there, So sorry to read your review and that the protective packaging has led to such a negative review of the overall Service. You'll appreciate we have also replied to your email with your concerns. We are continually reviewing our impact on the environment, this includes us using FSC certified papers and we also have a plastic-reduction plan. We have trialed a few different types of packaging already and have found the biggest waste is when the products arrive damaged and need to be fully replaced.
