Despicable behaviour avoid at all cost
Their lack of communication is appalling, we sold our rental property in April with no chain and still did not complete until the end of July, they would not return phone calls or emails, if they did...

Persuaded to use their recommended conveyancing outfit (TBI law) as I'd get a discount and they "only do conveyancing" (not true) and were effectively "in house" so Swetenhams could communicate...

I feel that the terms agreed to ie 28 day turn a round was not up held and that the solicitor recommended was rubbish as no communication and never available however Helena and Tash in Chester branch...

Sell the property myself next time the solicitor dies all if the work.
Once an offer had been accepted from a buyer Swetenhams did nothing. I accepted s cash offer in 21 March but the buyer decided to get a mortgage. I had to find this all out myself from the solicitors.
