Plant in superb condition with lots of flower buds
Suttons kept me informed re delivery dates. The hibiscus was stunning with lots of flower buds and two flowers bloomed within a few days. A plant in excellent condition

Each of the 3items ordered arrived separately. First consignment of jonquils contained damaged bulbs. Replacement was sent promptly on reporting this but attitude of staff member spoken to on the...

I am truly sorry to read your comments. With live plants, these leave when they are ready, so with a large order, seperate consignments will be sent as and when each plants is ready. I am sorry you weren't greated well on the phone, this is most unusual as all staff are always happy to offer assistance, so all feedback will be passed on.
