Hi Katherine, as we have previously explained your item was packaged and sent on the day you placed the order (14/3), and Parcelforce then attempted delivery the Next Day (Friday 15/3) at 11:33am, as they were unable to deliver then, they delivered the next available day Monday (18/3) as such we did not refund the postage costs as the failed delivery was not our fault. Also with regards to excessive emails, I believe you will of received one when the order was package, one when dispatched and our reply when you enquired about the failed delivery
