Was sent a despatch email to find out two weeks later the item had never been despatched and wasn't even on stock

Deeply sorry regarding this order, unfortunately, Parcelforce lost some of our items and Dakine are currently unable to ship replacements due to warehousing issues, which we were not aware of. Apologies once again, we have of course refunded your order and hope you manage to get your items
