Hi Mat - truly appreciate your kind words despite the hotel error. We truly apologize for the issue. We have notified that property and will be giving you a credit. We also turned off the suite. The refund was issued immediately and typically takes 3-5 business days depending on bank. Thank you.

No problem at all. I know the fault was with the hotel not communicating well with you guys. I appreciate the service your whole team has provided, and I certainly appreciate you offering a complimentary limo service on my trip, whether or not I book with you. That certainly shows character and the fact that you care about customer service, so I've changed my rating to 5 stars for the extra effort to please.
