We have found the error and it was on the hotel technology/payment side. We have worked with the hotel to reverse all transactions that were charged besides the deposit.
We have also given you a credit for your inconvenience. Truly apologize as sometimes hotel/middleware systems are out of our control. We do everything we can to rectify a situation and hope this works for you.
