The process was so easy . Sign up , they send suggestions for the trip dates you submit and if your interested you send a request. We just booked an amazing suite for my 50th birthday. Can't wait!!

Thank you so much for your feedback and I am so sorry for the misunderstanding.
Much like many other booking websites, including booking directly, the resort fee is the only fee we would not be able to collect as it is a hotel fee. We list it at the bottom of every check-out page as well as in every confirmation page and email.
We aim to get the rates for you which is why we offer price match for every suite if you are able to find it lower anywhere else. More often than not, our rates are found lower than even booking directly. In addition, we are the only place online you are able to find guaranteed connecting options. :)
