Suiteness Concierges are happy to place any early check-in requests and do their best with the hotel to accommodate them. Early check-in is a request that is granted upon availability (if the room is occupied the night before and how quickly they can prepare the room for you). I'm so sorry about the miscommunication that occurred at the check-in desk and am happy that you were able to connect with Joy who was able to resolve that for you.

It was pleasant and easy. However, no one mentioned a hotel hold, which was $600 for the two rooms for two nights. That is a big hold! Maybe that should be included in the info by the resort fee.

I'm so glad that our Suiteness concierges were able to help you find a great room as well as set up transportation for you. Luggage mix-up is definitely not acceptable as we would want our guests to be able to focus on enjoying their stay as well as not worry about any inconveniences such as looking for ice. If it were up to us, we would have our Concierges on-site with you to help make sure everything was taken care of.
We wish we were able to step in while these events occurred and steer the experience in a different direction. However, since your stay has already occurred, I've reached out personally on how we can make this up to you. Customer experiences are our number one priority and we definitely want to make sure we do all that we can.

Although our Suiteness concierges are available at all hours at concierge@suiteness.com or (415) 857-2359, we are not currently able to be with you for the entire experience - from shopping for a suite on Suiteness to arriving at the check-in desk at our hotel partners. If it were up to us, we'd be with you every step of the way and take over any issues that occur immediately. As a team who travels often, we pride ourselves in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
I want to say sorry on behalf of Suiteness for any incidents that occurred during your stay and only wish we were aware when they were happening so we could take care of those immediately for you.
