I am sorry to hear that your experience was not ideal and would love to see what we can do to improve it. I do recall that we spoke on the phone the night of your check-in and had some trouble fulfilling your last minute request with the hotel. We’re currently working with our hotel partner to fix this for future guests so they don't run into the same issue.
