Got the suite we wanted with a great price and the rooms were connected as requested (and also near the elevator which was our preference!)!

My stay at the Pierre was good but concierge could have been better.
Room service, house keeping and engineering were fantastic! Outstanding!! Concierge not so much. Disappointing. Reception Desk was good.
