Always delighted to help!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We can confirm that the glasses are dishwasher and professional glasswasher safe, so hopefully, they should hold up okay!

Hi Andrew, Please accept our sincere apologies for the mix-up with the drip tray. This problem has never occurred before and our assumption is that the product was factory packed without the supplementary items, such as the drip tray and instructions. The reason we’ve had to involve the manufacturer (and why our after-service has not been as timely as usual) is that we simply do not sell spare or single-pack drip trays. If we were to take one from another model, then the next customer would be without and so on. The quickest way to get your replacement was through the manufacturer. After acknowledging your issue directly, we then sent a replacement request immediately. We understand your frustration and again, apologise sincerely for this mistake. This is absolutely not the standard we strive for, and the manufacturer has been made aware of this issue. If you’d like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to get in contact with us on 0161 483 6256 or chrisn@stephensons.com. Kind regards, Chris North Customer Service Manager

Thanks so much for your review. Enjoy drinking from the dimple — it's a proper beer glass, that!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, apologies for the time it has taken for you to receive the order in full. This is simply not good enough. As mentioned in our email communications, the courier separated the order for reasons unbeknown to us. Fortunately, after a number of attempts to action the redelivery this has now been made. Despite the order now being received in full, we are empathetic to your situation and agree that the process was unnecessarily slow. As a resolution, we are very happy to change your account to our alternate courier for all future orders. This should hopefully ensure a more efficient service. If you are open to this, please do reply directly to this review with your confirmation. Alternatively, you can email chrisn@stepehensons.com or ring 0161 483 6256 and reference this review. Kind regards,

'Supersonic'... we like the sound of that! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your thoughts. Enjoy the glasses!
