We are terribly sorry your shopping experience did not go as smooth as you have expected.
We are doing an investigation in regard to the delivery which was effectively 48h late.
We do apologise on behalf of our delivery partner and we will ensure that such delays are addressed and not repeated in the future.
Also, we are trying to understand exactly what happened to the pallet as it collapsed en route, an event that could potentially explain the late delivery.
We certainly do not expect any of our customers to man-handle almost a tonne of pellets and that should never have happened.
For any future order, whether it will be with ourselves or any other company, please bear in mind that if the pallet cannot be handballed out of the truck and delivered curb-side you have the right to reject it.
It would need to be safely re-stacked and re-delivered.
With regard to product quality, our wood pellets are EN Plus A1 standard approved, but please do try them and let us know how they perform, we are always extremely interested in knowing about first-hand experiences from our customers.
We have in the meantime sent you a private email with a discount voucher to obviate the inconvenience experienced during delivery.
We know that a discount will not substitute for the inconvenience, however, we hope you will take up the offer and to see you again among our clients, with certainty that the next delivery will be a smooth ride.
