Usually a good service but pallet arrived rotted so when pushed off the truck it crumbled and pellets went all over the place. Sent photos to Simpy but still no reply.

firstly we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
Every feedback is extremely valuable for us to keep improving our products and services.
I would like to assure you we have received the pictures of the damaged bags on Thursday.
We aim to reply to every email within 2 working days to better understand what has happened to the order and come up with a suitable and satisfactory resolution.

We do perfectly understand the frustration you might have experienced; our pellets go through a very long and stressful supply chain and the pallets are designed to withstand the stress.
That said, there is no excuse for a pallet to be substandard and our quality control manager will ensure steps are taken to prevent to happen again.
Please do allow us normal standard operative times to follow up on your enquiry (48hours).

The pellets are perfect for my horse's bedding & a good price. The only problem was that once unloaded off the lorry the driver could not move them ....... he had problems with the machinery trying...
