thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, every feedback is tremendously important for us to keep improving our service and products.
I am very sorry to hear that the delivery fell short of being a satisfying experience.
It is a rare occasion that a pallet tip during transport, however, generally that could happen during on/offloading procedures and generally due to human error.
At this stage, I do not exactly know what exactly happened for this particular order as I seem not to find a record of the incident in July 2019, so we could not properly investigate what happened.
We do take those incidents extremely seriously and we work very closely with our delivery partners to ensure they do not occur.
We do know how annoying it must be having to collect pellets from the floor and having to deal with split bags, which naturally have to be handled with extra care.
My suggestion for any future order would be to take some pictures of the split bags or of the pallet and send them to us on info@simplywoodpellets.co.uk
We would then review the incident and work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.
