I would like to thank you for takingthe time and effort to review your holiday to Bath. A bit rushed as shop not long off closing time and I had to make some phone calls whilst I was there regarding this holiday. A bit confusing as some Shearings trips have 4 drinks vouchers per day...

I am sorry that you were disappointed to arrive at your drop off point later than anticipated. The timings we provide are approximate and are based on an average day. We do our best to ensure customers are returned to their drop off point on time, as we appreciate customers are eager to return home, and may have made arrangements to be collected, however, this is dependent on all services running to schedule. I hope you will appreciate this is not always the case, due to unforeseen issues on the day.I will ensure our Transport Team are made aware of your comments in this respect.
