A mixed bag.

Booking was easy with good trips included in the reasonable price. Hotel staff were pleasant. Meals okay but small portions. We paid for front seats, but because we had two feeder coaches, only had...

I can confirm that we had an extremely high level of calls in February and our Holiday Sales team were very busy; which did impact on the time in which customers were waiting to speak to an advisor. I do apologise for any frustration this caused. I am pleased that you did manage to speak to an advisor and received your confirmation promptly.
