very cold

there was not heating in the wet room and we had to ask for heaters in the bedroom no hot water on two mornings. Food ok staff very good shame about the room

This type of experience has only happened to us once before, 20 years ago in Scarborough, cannot recall if it was shearings but the company offered us a complimentary 3 days stay in a same graded room

Thank you for your feedback. I have contacted the hotel and they advised the bill had been paid for the newspapers so can only presume the newspapers were received. A La Carte is always available at the hotel although it may be the case they run out of some the courses on occasion. Your comments regarding the service provided by reception has been noted and taken on board and will be dealt with internally.

So this has gone worse , I know it’s only pennies but I have now found out I paid for a paper on the first day that I did not get , I was unaware of that fact

The hotel can only order the newspapers requested by guests to collect and I am sorry you did not receive the newspaper on the 1st day.

Dogs dogs dogs

Lovely staff. Nice food. Shame about the many dogs who were out of control. We stay every year at this hotel and never had a problem before. This time there was about 7 dogs in the bar area. Some...
