Long wait to be answered so left a message for a call back as we have specific needs due to husband’s disability which they did the same day
Booked ground floor room as he is in a wheelchair so...

All went well but I did not receive the confirmation email. I asked for it a fe times and eventually had to ask for it to be posted.
