That's great, I am delighted you enjoyed Kombo Beach. Thank you so much for the 5 stars.

I am happy to hear you enjoyed the food and beverages on offer at Sunbeach as well as the fabulous staff. I am sorry you felt your room was rather tired and that you had to ask 3 times for the AC to be fixed. Did you report these issues to the rep I wonder? If so, they are usually very efficient in ensuring issues are rectified asap.

The staff at Sunbeach Hotel are very friendly indeed and as you say, will go out of their way for you. I'm so pleased to hear you love it there. Thank you for the review and 5 stars.

This is just what we like to hear! Thank you for the 5 stars!

I am glad to hear the apartment was fully equipped for you although I'm sorry some things needed attention. Thank you for reporting the issues though as I am confident these will be rectified, certainly in preparation for next season. Thank you for the 4 stars.

We are so pleased to hear this, thank you for the 5 stars!

I am so pleased you enjoyed Sunset Beach including the beautiful grounds and the friendly staff. We are sorry to hear you encountered a few issues and the rep was not on hand to help with these- this is quite unusual, our rep's are known to be extremely helpful so we apologise this was not your experience. However, thank you for the 4 stars.

We are sorry to hear this Mrs Tomlin. We have received lots of positive feedback regarding Kombo Beach's refurbishment, I'm sorry you were disappointed. Thank you for your comments however and we will certainly take your points onboard.

Thank you for your comments and the 4 stars.
