Thank you for leaving feedback on the chewbuddy pack of 2 that you purchased from Sensory Direct. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced a delay in receiving your goods, however, I see that you placed your order at 10pm on Saturday night and your order was despatched from our warehouse first thing on the Monday morning. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you can appreciate, we have no control over Royal Mail's postage system and it is regrettable that it then took 4 weeks for them to deliver your order. I am pleased however to hear that you are happy with the chewbuddies that you purchased.

Excellent products and detailed on-line information to aid selection.

The products arrived safely and with thorough instructions. The weighted products have been very beneficial for my adopted son who has sensory issues due to his traumatic early life experiences.
