Good service but expensive!

Fantastically quick service, but a little expensive for products. Unfortunately one of the squashy balls we ordered leaked, so we had to throw it out after only a few days.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the sensory hug shirt you purchased from Sensory Direct. I'm very sorry to hear that your order took so long to arrive. I see that you placed your order on a Monday evening and it was despatched from our warehouse on the Wednesday. Unfortunately we don't use a tracking service for smaller orders with Royal Mail, just a signature on delivery, therefore we were unable to track this once it had left our warehouse. However it is regrettable that you felt "in limbo" until it arrived. Obviously if your parcel hadn't arrived we would have dealt with the situation appropriately. With larger orders we have a tracking service and next day delivery so we have control over these and can easily identify where a parcel is. Unfortunately this service is more expensive but guaranteed next working day. If I can be of further assistance with anything, please feel free to contact me. I hope that your child enjoys their hug shirt
