Good afternoon,
My apologies for the inconvenience of the late arrival of your products. I see that the order was placed on 12/21 at 9:24 pm with expedited shipping. Because we were unable to fulfill the expedited shipping a refund of the expedited shipping was given based on our current situation with the weather here in Buffalo where we are located. Your order was shipped out as promised on 12/22 and I currently see that the package was delivered today at 12:35 pm. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience as we were working against the current weather situation.
