I ordered your mecha dragon; it came with a defective part (the speaker - the wires were no longer attached to the speaker) making the entire dragon defective. I am unable to reach any live person...

After receiving the new speaker and completing assembly the dragon worked for all of about 30 minutes and now won’t respond to any commands on any of the different options (clap whistle or app). Its wings have never worked but it was at least walking. now it’s not working at all even though it’s clearly getting power. It just sits there with his eyes flashing and does nothing else. Please give me a refund as this was probably the worst experience buying a toy for my child that I’ve ever had and it was the only thing that he wanted for Christmas. Thanks.

After receiving the defective part and completing assembly the dragon worked for all of about 30 minutes and it never did work entirely. It did walk and turn for about 30 minutes but it never did open its mouth nor flap its wings. Now it’s not working at all even though it’s clearly getting power. It just sits there with its eyes flashing. Please give me a full refund as this is probably the worst toy buying experience I’ve ever had and it really wrecked my sons Christmas. Thanks.
