They were terrific and have already detailed our one disappointing evening although it was the group not staff perhaps the table arrangements need to be looked at

Mainly very happy but there is still room for improvement.
Butler and housekeeper were tops. Bar staff too, cocktails sensational. Restaurants improved after Norfork Island as food was fresher. No complaints about staff though. Entertainment a bit bland...
