Thank you for your 5 & review ! We are delighted to hear that you had a most enjoyable trip overall and that the service provided in the dining room and bars was excellent throughout your holiday. We have also noted your comments regarding the cabin service. Whilst we appreciate this was a relatively minor aspect of an otherwise positive experience, the absence of a bath mat for two days and the lack of attention to detail on occasion did not reflect the standards we strive to deliver. We will ensure your observations are shared with the relevant shipboard team so that appropriate action can be taken . We are pleased that the positives far outweighed these minor niggles, and we hope to welcome you on another Riviera holiday in the future.

Whilst we were not aware at the time of the issues encountered, we appreciate the frustration caused by the confusion surrounding the check-in process and the resulting time pressures before your flight. As airport procedures, airline check-in arrangements and queue management are outside of our control, we regret that this led to a stressful conclusion to an otherwise enjoyable holiday.
