No refund yet quite concerned something is wrong
I would have liked to of reviewed 5 stars but I returned my dress and haven’t received any confirmation of return or refund. I’ve emailed as I am worried so hopefully will hear back soon!

Super quick and helpful when I reported an issue with the courier. They chased the parcel for me and subsequently ensured it arrived before I went away. Really good chat service, quick to reply.

Really friendly staff, even when I inputted my payment details incorrectly they quickly sorted it without issue and the product arrived super quickly.
