No refund yet
Very slow to refund my money… my return arrived back with Rewritten nearly two weeks ago and despite emailing twice I am still yet to receive my refund. Dresses were nice and prompt response on email...

Perfect bridesmaid dress
Dresses arrived quicker than expected to Ireland. My only comment is that taxes aren’t included in the price on the webpage and are added at checkout.

So pleased to hear delivery was quicker than expected! Thank you for the feedback regarding the tax at check out as well. The tax added at checkout is actually import tax rather than VAT, which is why it's added on right at the end. We take upfront import tax to speed things along at customs which means faster delivery! Hope that helps x

Dry slow to make refund
The dress arrived in good time but was unfortunately not a good fit for my daughter. I returned the dress as per the instructions and know it was received on April 6th 2023. I have still not received...

So sorry to hear that the dress was not a good fit on this occasion. As per our website, refunds can take up to 10 days to process once they are received as they have to be checked and logged by our warehouse first then processed by our customer service team. I can see that your refund has now been processed in full within that time and you have not been charged any returns fees.
