It sounds as though it could have been handled better by the deck crew so we will follow this up. As you are probably aware, we have to keep the space between vehicles fairly tight to ensure all booked vehicles can be loaded - 1 to 2 metres can make a difference to the overall stow.

With the exception of season tickets and books of saver tickets, it is currently not possible to buy Red Jet tickets online and this is why it is advertised as a turn-up and go service. You will not have paid more by upgrading your ticket for use on the Red Jet, merely the fare difference. In terms of club discounts, these are volume based so it's probably worth contacting the club direct.
