all went smoothly from booking to actual ferry crossing.

Wonderful service. Due to weather conditions arrived early to try and embark on a earlier sailing and was rewarded with the last vacant place on the ferry.

especially considering the weather was so bad. the only negative is there are never enough seats any more.

We were fine as we loaded first with a disability passenger but felt sorry for those coming after us as there was a lack of seating for all passengers, who had to stand or sit on the floor. I did...

Well where do i start? Firstly i would like to say that the man that guided vehicles onto boat from car park is always cheerful the (asian guy )shame the crew on the upper deck aren't so cheerful....

Travel was delayed due to the weather, but this was only communicated via social media, and not at the terminal when checking in. Price was reasonable - but on board food and drink is overpriced, so...

Smoooth trip despite the stormy weather

Really helpful staff, especially like the coffee on board. Always a relaxing 60 mins travelling, fourth time this year and will be back again next year.

One thing we found tricky was the very long access walk with luggage as foot passengers to board and exit the ferry. We are now oldies and found it difficult where younger folk wouldn't notice it....
