We are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. The miscommunication you have received on this occasion was further distriputed due to lengthy crossing times caused by the wind and tide throughout your journey however we have clearly faield to meet expectations on this occasion and do apologise for the inconvenience caused. All vessels on your travel date left with 85+ capacity therefore it is disappointing to hear the feedback you have given.
