The process of purchasing the cover was okay. My account was debited pretty quickly but nearly a month later no documentation has been sent....poor. I only hope that if I needed them for an emergency...

Wait times for assistance are far too long
Clearly not resourcing the "service" properly, 3+ hours wait for assistance then they farm it out to some local recovery firm in the end, when you call they tell you its really busy and wait times...
