After speaking to Mark, we hope your comments have now been addressed to your satisfaction.
As discussed, there was a technical issue with your documents whereby when they were emailed, there was a two page overlap. We have since raised the issue with our software house and sent a copy of your documents by post, and emailed a scanned version to you.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that this does not deter you from using Quoteline Direct for your insurances next year.
