Terrible. I asked to cancel my policies. I was told this had been done. But QDos then renewed the policies anyway and continued charging me.

Many thanks for providing feedback on your experience with Qdos, I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service. Due to an oversight on our part the cancellation was not completed which led to an additional instalment being collected. Once this had been brought to our attention the cancellation has been back dated and the necessary refunds have been credited back to your account.
