Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.

As you pay on a Direct Debit basis your protection is automatically renewed around 28 days prior to your cover expiring to give you ample opportunity to notify us if you wish to cancel or notify us on any material changes. When the automatic renewal is initially processed we notify you via email that cover is starting in around a months’ time as well as two further emails before the cover starts.

When you initially purchased cover with us, we also inform you that if you opt to pay monthly you will be subject to an automatic renewal. That being said, there is no obligation for you to continue with cover and you can cancel at any stage without any cancellation fees.

As all notifications are sent via email I have contacted you directly to ensure the contact details are up to date on your account to ensure correspondence is sent to the correct email address. I have also queried if you wish to schedule contact about your automatic renewal to ensure you are fully aware of the renewal before cover starts.

I have contacted you directly if there is anything else you wish to address.

Many thanks for providing feedback on your experience with Qdos, I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service.

I tried to contact you directly to get more information on a specific query you were referring to. Since checking all the correspondence you have had with us so far, I cannot see any concerns with the time in which we got back to you as it met our service level agreements we have in place. With regards to the content of the correspondence, I also believe the responses you received to your queries were also satisfactory and answered your questions.

At Qdos it is very important to us that our customers receive an excellent service and we appreciate feedback from our customers so we can keep improving our services. I understand your main concerns do not fall with us, Qdos Contractor, but fall with your Qdos Accounting. As such we have passed on your feedback so that they may contact you directly.

You addressed some concerns with the documentation you received from us as the information was not up to date. I understand that this has since been resolved but I apologise for the inconvenience this caused. Since speaking I believe all of your concerns with Qdos Contractor have been resolved but I have emailed your directly if there is anything else you wish to address.
