Since reviewing the call duration of the renewal application, the call duration meets our standards. As we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, it is our duty to meet certain standards as well as providing correct information to our customers. We appreciate that our customers lead busy schedules so we cater for this by extending our opening hours from 8.30am – 7pm Monday – Friday as well as 9am-12pm Saturday to give you ample opportunity to speak to us if you need assistance. Alternatively renewals can be processed via your online account. Also available is your dedicated Account Manager who can contact you at a time convenient with you. Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service.Each year that you choose to continue with Qdos on a monthly basis, a direct debit administration fee will be applied to each application. The direct debit administration fee covers the additional administration that goes into collecting, chasing and marking off payments each month compared to an annual application. The benefit of paying monthly is you will face no cancellation charges if you cancel mid-term, whereas there would be a £20.00 cancellation fee per policy.
