Good people but very bad online tools

The account manager and the accountant I have been assigned to are really helpful. The android app is really minimal, the portal is a nightmare, weird UI and wrong numbers. Not very useful.

Hello, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. Based on your comments it appears your feedback is regarding a different company, QAccounting. We are a completely different company now since we were acquired by Tokio Marine HCC in October 2018. Contract review and tax enquiry products aren't well explained and could confuse. A comparison table would be useful. Haven't had cause to claim on their insurance.
