Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience with Qdos and I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.Please accept my apologies that you could not get through to Qdos when you tried to call us. On some occasions the phone lines can get busy meaning a couple of calls are waiting, however we do what we can to ensure the wait times are not excessive. The lines are open from 8.30am-7pm Monday – Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday to try ensure we are accessible. Please be aware that you also have access to your own dedicated Account Manager to arrange a call back request. We do have a page at the beginning of a renewal application which outlines other policies we offer. As you are renewing with Qdos, you don’t actually visit our main website so you might miss the additional products we can help you with. All of the insurances and products we offer are applicable to contractors but it depends how much cover you want for your limited company. Most of the insurances we offer aren’t a legal requirement so you can purchase the insurances you see fit based on the areas of concerns you may have. I have contacted you directly as I understand you also struggled with our website so I can understand what difficulties you faced.
