Thank you for elaborating on your workshop experience. I will look into this and discuss the points you've raised with the relevant lecturer as all lecturers/tutors would be expected to be able to adapt the workshop to the students and ensure questions are answered and examples illustrating the link between the content and the assignments are provided. The syllabus needs to be covered, but there has to be flexibility and our tutors are generally good at being attentive and provide guidance based on the needs of the audience.

Thank you for your extensive feedback. I will look into the issue you've raised with the IC workshop as that is not the kind of delivery we expect and I will ensure this is addressed with the tutor. I am sorry you had a bad experience with your tutor for that module, but I'm glad we were able to solve the problem. I apologise for any additional stress this caused.

Only 4 and not 5 becuase I would like to see more cohesion between CIM and professional academy - log in to one central space for resources.

Thank you for your feedback. This is something we would like to see as well, but it depends largely on agreeing with CIM and as they deal with many study centres it is probably not an easy task. However, the idea is good and has featured on our wish list for a while. We hope it will become reality at some point.

Not great - needs more contact

They could have done a lot more to keep in contact via email- I felt that I always missing message updates on the website that were supposedly sent- but I never saw/ recieved them.
