On the delivery side, when you place an order, you receive pop-up notifications informing you that delivery may take up to 48 hours. Our boxes are carefully packed with this travel time in mind, ensuring the food remains fresh and safe for your dogs upon arrival. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for delivery before contacting us. Inside each box, you’ll find a sheet with a QR code to report any issues with your order. These steps are in place to help us handle any claims quickly and efficiently. You contacted us before the 48-hour delivery window for advice, which we responded to straight away; however, we haven’t yet received a response from you.
