We recognise how important it is to receive your dog’s food on time, and you should never be left uncertain about when it will arrive. We’re glad our customer service team responded and offered a refund due to the delivery issues, we recognise that there was a delay in answering your email on the afternoon of the 3rd and customer support answered early the following morning. We pride ourselves on same-day replies, and apologise that we were not able to on this occasion. The run-up to Christmas is proving to be very busy. It’s disappointing to hear that this experience has led you to consider a new supplier, especially as your dogs enjoyed the food and found the packaging convenient.
