While we always aim for delivery within 24 hours, in some exceptions deliveries can take up to 48 hours, which is outlined within our delivery information. However, we completely understand your disappointment and appreciate how frustrating this experience must have been. We’re also sorry that you did not feel supported by our customer service team and appreciate that this did not meet your expectations or resolve your concerns in the way you had hoped. That said, we are pleased to hear that you were still able to feed the food to your dog. As all of our recipes can vary slightly in texture depending on the protein content and natural moisture levels, we completely understand that some may suit certain dogs better than others. If there are recipes your dogs are less keen on, you can always mix them with another flavour within your delivery to help find a combination that works better for them.
