Food safety is extremely important to us, and when we reviewed your concerns, we advised that products which are still cold on arrival may be safely refrozen in accordance with food safety guidance. However, we appreciate that receiving products in a softened or partially thawed condition is not the experience you expect or deserve. We also understand your frustration that this is not the first time you have experienced this issue. While our previous correspondence explained the guidance regarding the products received, it was certainly not our intention to appear dismissive of your concerns. In fact, our last email concluded by asking whether there was any further assistance we could provide, as we genuinely wanted to help resolve the matter was unanswered.
