Dear Stephanie Cernauskas, as the saying goes "it takes two tango", you were efficient in providing information which helped the process run smoothly. Any delays are usually caused by clients but it is also understandable as to the reasons why. Bereavement is a natural process that everyone dealing with probate has to go through but everyone handles it in different ways. It can be difficult to understand an individual mindset. Personally, I have a passion for helping people and this is what makes this a fantastic vocation, my long-term goal is to have an impact on our Government to try to influence them to change the rules surrounding IHT so that it is fair to everyone and becomes something that is an accepted part in life without the associated stress. Hello Susan MacDonald, Such a review deserves a personal response from me, reading this brings a tear to my eyes. Every person deserves to be treated with compassion and care and even more so when dealing with the bereavement of a loved member of your family. All of our specialist staff have all gone through the bereavement of a close family member, so they understand how it feels to lose someone and then have to deal with all the processes that follow.
