Dear Simon, Thank you for such a fantastic and detailed review. Obviously, our clients help in getting everything together however clients don’t get the pleasure of reading reviews of them. If we could review our clients, you would also be five stars and be a diamond in the rough. I do wish more people took the opportunity to write a review. Good or bad as we like to see an overall consensus of the services that we offer. You touched on one important thing for me and that was that most of our clients i are usually grieving the loss of a loved one, so anyone dealing with them should always take care to listen and above all else be totally truthful. There are companies out there claiming that they can get a grant of probate within 30 days however the reality of that is that timeframe is impossible at the moment due to HMRC and the Probate Registry, however I do wish it was the case. Arounds 70% of the work we get comes from recommendation, this is usually where we have dealt with a client, and they pass our information on to other people in need.
