Hi Maddy, Client feedback is really important to us and we thank you for sending yours. We received an email enquiry from you on 21st October, requesting a private dining room in Central London for a dinner for 20 guests on 7th October 2023. We replied to you by email within 13 minutes of receipt of your enquiry, asking you to confirm that your event was indeed in 12 months time and did not receive a reply to our email. It is extremely unusual for us to receive a venue finding enquiry a year prior to an event which is why we sent an email requesting clarification of the event date. In the absence of a reply from you we assumed that you no longer looking for a venue - as you might imagine, we are extremely busy at the moment with festive enquiries. We will, of course, be delighted to assist you in locating a private dining room for your dinner if it is indeed on 7th October next year. Our Events Desk can be contacted on 020 7305 5044.
