Hi Korby, Thanks for your feedback. We were called by you on 2nd February and immediately sent your enquiry to a selection of venues with the request they contact you with private room availability, details of room hire and send you sample menus. We did this in good faith and - as our responsibility under our free venue finding service is to send enquiries to venues - had assumed that you had been contacted by the venues. We have today resent your enquiry to the venues with the request that they contact you. Thanks for your feedback which we really appreciate. The budget of £35/head all-in was pretty tight and we did our best by sending your request to a selection of venues which we hoped could accommodate you. We do not, incidentally, make any money out of bookings. I know from speaking with venues that massive staffing shortages and increase in energy and foodstuffs is forcing them to increase their costs to remain in business which I imagine were factors involved in this case.
