Thank you for your review of the Pivotell Advance dispenser. We have developed two different aids for filling the trays which I recommend you look at as they may be of help:-
The Advance GSM model (with integral SIM card and SMS/email messaging), has an alert message when only 4 doses are remaining in the tray, among other alert messages:
It arrived on time & boxed. As its made of plastic I would expect it to have some form of padding/bubble wrap between the plastic & box.

There are so many pills of different shapes and sizes this can happen occasionally.
Suggested solutions for stuck pills:
Cut the problem pill into 2 halves
Change the pill to another of different shape (if possible - ask your gp or pharmacist)
Program 2 or more compartments to present at the same alarm time
Leave non-time sensitive medication out for prompting at the same time as those in the dispenser.
