Many thanks for your recent review of the Pivotell Advance Dispenser and we are delighted to hear that is working well for you.

With regards to your comments about the use of two units, it is possible to stop one dispenser's operation at a future date and time. This function would be useful for your mother as she uses two units and this will ensure that only one dispenser is active at one time.

If you refer to the instruction booklet that came with your dispenser and skip to page 7, there is a paragraph under the heading STOP - this should explain exactly how to activate the STOP function. However, should you require any assistance or advice on this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at the Pivotell Office and we will be more than happy to help.
