The pill dispenser is very good. The Tipper is a good idea but came without instructions. Fitting and removing the dispenser is so difficult.

Good Afternoon,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your dispenser. Err 1 indicates that there is a possible obstruction resulting in the tray being unable to complete it's rotation between doses. This is usually caused by larger pills which can be resolved by placing them in the next compartment of the tray.

Thank you for you review, we are so pleased to hear that the dispenser is helping your mum and giving you less worry.
We do supply a Tipper that the dispenser sits in which will allow your mum to just tip her tablets straight into a bowl by pulling down a handle. She would no longer be able to shake the dispenser or turn it upside down which should avoid any further errors because of this.

As a guide, we recommend that the watch is recharged when the battery level reaches 30% to ensure no settings are lost. If you are able to do this then the watch will hold the alarm times set and there will be no need to enter them again.
